About the Program
SNB Technology program is a training program that covers a wide range of topics and training courses aimed at enhancing capabilities, skills and use of technology. It provides participants with exposure to the latest trends and best practices in their fields. Additionally, trainees will have the opportunity to engage with SNB’s top management throughout the program.
This program is designed in collaboration with leading learning institutions and training providers, making it one of the best technological programs in the industry.
At SNB, we are passionate about driving innovation through technology across various departmentsto support 2030 vision. This intensive program is designed to cover multiple tracks:
- Information Security Track
- Information Technology Track
- Enterprise Data Management Track
Program Duration
The program’s total duration is 3 months. Trainees will attend one-month blended learning program, followed by 2 months on-the-job training. After graduation, trainees will be placed in the most suitable and relevant positions within SNB.
Selection criteria
- Saudi National
- Bachelors / Master’s degree fresh graduates in technological majors
- Fluent in English
- Willing to start immediately
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Capable of managing projects independently
- Adept at presenting and communicating information
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Passing recruitment process (assessments and interviews)
