As a Corporate Operations Specialist, you will manage day-to-day HR operations, government relations (GRO), local labor compliance, office administration, and vendor management. You will serve as the primary operational anchor for our Saudi Arabia team, ensuring smooth onboarding, full regulatory compliance across government portals, and exceptional employee support
Help us shape the future of communications by:
Managing relationships between the company and Saudi regulatory authorities in full compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
Managing and executing all operational tasks on government portals, including Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, and GOSI.
Handle the end-to-end Iqama process, including new issuance for Saudi joiners, renewals for existing employees, and exit/re-entry vis a processing.
Leading business visa and work visa processing for new joiners and visitors to the Saudi Arabia office.
Ensuring all company official documents, licenses, and commercial registrations are renewed on time.
Handling employee requests and inquiries across offices, delivering complete resolutions within designated SLAs.
Overseeing medical insurance administration, including employee additions, deletions, tier updates, and policy renewals.
Supporting onboarding workflows and administrative setup for all new joiners in Saudi Arabia.
Maintaining the Saudi office facilities, oversee office supplies, inventory management, and ensure a well-stocked, professional workspace.
Managing petty cash handling, tracking, and monthly reconciliation.
Processing and handling vendor invoices, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely processing.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, landlords, and service providers to support smooth operations.
Arranging business travel logistics for team members across all levels, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, local transportation, per diem management, and venue/event coordination.
