Job Purpose
To ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of electrical maintenance operations by administering and optimizing the maintenance management system (CMMS). This role involves overseeing the technical integrity and quality of planned maintenance tasks, driving process improvements, and providing critical support for technical investigations and change evaluations.

Failure Investigation & Technical Support
Documentation & Reporting
Continuous Improvement
Total Years of Experience (Minimum)
12 years of experience.
Relevant Experience
Experienced as field technician with maintenance equipment (Eg. Chief Mechanic)
Proven experience in an electrical maintenance role within the drilling or a related heavy industry.
Strong knowledge of rig electrical systems and maintenance workflows.
Proficiency in SAP or similar Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Experience in reliability engineering and failure analysis.
Familiarity with HSE standards and regulatory compliance.
Education / Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
Equivalent Experience
Certifications
Certified Electrical Maintenance Technician (CEMT)
