Role Purpose
A Technician Level 1 is expected to perform all maintenance and repairs to the required manufactures standards. 
Job Accountabilities & Activities

•  Independently carry out repairs, calibrations and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Where required assist and support other team members to complete their assigned tasks.
• Diagnose, analyses and rectify all types of faults, using manufactures information.
• Maintain required levels of Utilization, Productivity and Efficiency. In line with Manufacturers standard times.
• Ensure company/manufactures policies and procedures followed.
• Maintain the highest level of professional standards when discussing work with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Provide technical advice to customers and colleagues.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices.
• Maintain a thorough and up to date knowledge of products and attend training courses.
  Education & Certifications
  High school education
  Heavy vehicle technician or equivalent manufactures qualification
  Required Years of Experience
  Over 8 years’ work experience or equivalent knowledge in repairing and maintaining heavy vehicles or equipment.
