Sr. HR Business Partner

As Sr. HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in aligning people strategy with business priorities, helping leaders navigate organizational needs while strengthening performance and long-term capability across the business.
Responsibilities
Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and workforce planning.
Influence senior stakeholders and support organizational change initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all people-related matters.
Align HR strategies with business objectives.
Support organizational design, workforce optimization, and change management.
Provide HR insights and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive HR business partnering experience in complex organizations.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving organizational change.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
