The role of Manager is to support the Director and Senior Manager in managing and delivering accurate land valuations that inform business planning, land sales, and financial reporting. The role ensures that valuation activities are executed in alignment with company standards, market data, and Taqeem/IVS guidelines. It involves coordinating with internal teams and third-party valuers to validate assumptions, ensure data integrity, and deliver timely, evidence-based valuation outputs that support investment and acquisition decisions.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Business
• 5+ years of progressive experience of real estate valuation or advisory
Support the Director & Senior Manager in managing and delivering accurate land valuations across all project stages in line with ROSHN’s strategic and financial objectives.
Coordinate with external valuation consultants to ensure compliance with valuation methodologies, internal policies, and RICS standards.
Review and analyze valuation reports to confirm accuracy, market alignment, and methodological consistency.
Prepare valuation inputs and data analyses for feasibility models to support strategic investment and pricing decisions.
Conduct market research and benchmarking studies to track land price trends and support acquisition assessments.
Support valuation governance by ensuring proper documentation, PR/PO tracking, and compliance with internal control frameworks.
