Job Summary
The Purchasing Supervisor manages local and international procurement operations to optimize costs and maintain quality standards. The role involves overseeing spend analytics, conducting vendor negotiations, and supervising the purchasing team from Jeddah.
Key Responsibilities
Team & Operations: Manage purchasing officers, oversee end-to-end procurement cycles from requisition to delivery, and handle logistics and customs compliance.
Financial & Budgeting: Review purchase orders and invoices, control departmental budgets, and coordinate with finance and warehouse teams for audits and reconciliation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant financial or business discipline with at least 8 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
Demographics & Location: Open to Saudi or Indian nationals who currently reside in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia .
