Job description
Role Summary
The job track is responsible for executing structured QA, QC, and UAT activities, implementing test plans and environments, and supporting defect resolution to ensure reliable, compliant, user-validated product releases
Functional Accountabilities
Collect delivery milestones, scope definitions, and resource inputs to support in preparing detailed QA, QC, and UAT plans with clear responsibilities
Collect functional, non-functional, integration, regression, and performance requirements to structure comprehensive QA and QC test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and representative datasets
Assist in designing UAT cycles by selecting representative user groups, defining end-to-end scenarios, and setting measurable success metrics and QC evaluation criteria
Implement test environment setup by configuring tools, datasets, and access controls to secure reliability across QA, QC, and UAT cycles
Execute functional, non-functional, integration, regression, and performance tests according to plans, validating behavior, interoperability, and compliance with defined QC thresholds
Perform systematic defect recording, classification, and analysis by severity and impact, and share structured QA or QC findings with development teams
Support maintenance of coverage and traceability matrices linking requirements, QA and QC test cases, and results, and prepare concise readiness reports
Coordinate rework cycles with Product Development by updating defect backlogs, clarifying root causes, and planning QA, QC, and UAT re-tests
Execute re-tests and targeted regression suites after fixes, confirming corrected behaviors and verifying that no new QC regressions appear
Execute UAT sessions with target users, guiding them through scenarios and capturing observations about usability, functionality, and alignment with QC expectations
Collect UAT feedback and testing observations, distinguishing functional defects, usability issues, QC nonconformities, and scope gaps for prioritization and routing
Coordinate implementation of UAT-driven fixes and enhancements with delivery teams, scheduling re-tests and confirming stability and QC readiness before recommending release decisions
Support go or no-go readiness checks with Publishing by consolidating QA, QC, and UAT outcomes, exceptions, and required approvals
Perform post-deployment validation activities including smoke tests, A/B experiments, and performance checks to confirm stability, QC adherence, adoption indicators, and business impact
Document lessons learned from QA, QC, and UAT cycles to assist in updating test frameworks, reusable cases, defect logs, and validated practices
