Senior Contracting Representative
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare, conclude, and maintain contractual procurement of services in line with Company Policies and Procedures.
Manage processing of RFQ s, Service POs, Bid evaluation, release orders for services.
Perform and manage contractor cost estimations as required by the end user.
Monitor overall contract & service buying activities against budget, schedule and KPIs' and attribute and provide corrective solution assistance where appropriate.
Monitor contractor quality and efficiency in relation to contracted service performance levels and correct as necessary.
Provide guidance to identify saving opportunities activities to Contract Advisors and customers.
Coordinate and/or perform technical/commercial evaluation where required.
Maintain high level Business standard and Ethics.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration. Engineering and Law Degree are also acceptable.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral presentation.
9 years contracting experience in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector.
Understanding of ERP system preferably SAP system.
