About the Role
We're hiring a Delivery Manager to own business systems and applications changes for a leading Saudi banking client — managing demand and enhancement delivery across Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations, HC, Cybersecurity, and other business units.
Responsibilities
Manage demand intake through implementation and production release
Coordinate BRD/SRD readiness and SDLC governance
Apply Agile delivery knowledge and experience across the change lifecycle
Work closely with Transformation Office, Business Owners, and BT delivery teams
Ensure prioritization, quality, and timely execution of application changes
Provide portfolio visibility and delivery reporting
Requirements
7+ years of relevant experience in application delivery/demand management within banking or large enterprise environments
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field
Strong SDLC, banking applications, and stakeholder management experience
Must Haves
PMP certification
Proven experience managing application demand/enhancement delivery across multiple business units
Hands-on Agile delivery experience
Nice to Have
Experience with BRD/SRD documentation and governance in a banking context
Exposure to portfolio-level delivery reporting tools
Prior experience in Saudi/GCC banking application environments
