Our subsidiary (SOOR) is seeking a Business & Technical Solutions, Specialist to act as a bridge between business and technology teams by supporting business analysis, solution design, integration, testing, and implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business and technical requirements.
Support solution design and system integration activities.
Conduct business process analysis and improvement assessments.
Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process maps, and use cases.
Support testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution activities.
Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
Maintain solution and integration documentation.
Support change management and user adoption activities.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience.
