Help align cloud strategy with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data and AI, resilience, sourcing and the wider technology agenda.
Operating model and governance
Develop Cloud Target Operating Model components covering organisation, decision rights, governance, funding, service management, controls, skills and sourcing.
Support the design and implementation of Cloud Centres of Excellence, platform teams and cloud enablement functions.
Define practical interactions across architecture, DevSecOps, IT service management, site reliability engineering, FinOps and risk management.
Contribute to workforce, capability-development, partner-management and organisational-change recommendations.
Value and transformation
Contribute to investment cases and cloud-economics assessments covering cost, value, risk, assumptions and transition implications.
Develop prioritised transformation roadmaps with clear initiatives, dependencies, decision points, ownership and success measures.
Support value-realisation, performance-management and strategy-review mechanisms.
Track delivery progress, risks and outcomes, and help translate analysis into practical recommendations.
Client and team contribution
Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate working sessions and contribute to executive workshops.
Prepare concise, executive-ready presentations and reports that explain recommendations, options and trade-offs.
Coordinate specialist input, maintain high-quality deliverables and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Contribute to proposals, client pursuits, market development and reusable cloud-strategy assets.
