Job Description:
We are a developer, investor, and operator of power generation and desalinated water plants, with 90 assets in operation, construction, or advanced development across 13 countries.
HSE Commissioning Engineer
Brief description of job duties:
Reports to Project Sn. HSSE Manager.
Coordinate activities with Construction, Commissioning, start-up and Operation team.
Very well understanding on LOTO (lock out Tag out) system (electrical, mechanical, process).
Monitor and Coordination of SIMOP activities.
Well understanding on SIMOP activities and coordination of SIMOPs activities with different disciplines.
Familiarity with PTW system
Knowledge Uzbek, English and Russian
Conducting site HSE inspection
Verify implementation of critical controls before high-risk commissioning activities
Review commissioning Method statements, Job safety Analysis/Risk assessment.
Participate in commissioning readiness reviews and HSSE assurance activities.
Conduct field inspections, HSE observations and compliance audit.
Good understanding hight risk activity management (working at height, lifting operations, confined space etc.)
