Solution Specialist

SOOR is looking for a Solution, Specialist to support solution design, system integration, and implementation activities across advanced infrastructure and security projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in integrating systems with existing platforms.
Support testing and troubleshooting of solutions.
Maintain solution documentation.
Support solution design, system integration, and implementation activities.
Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technical solutions, systems integration, or support roles.
Good understanding of system integration, deployment, and troubleshooting processes.
Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
English proficiency level: Intermediate
