QS Site Work Responsibilities – Lead QS works at site to deliver the project within project budget quantities to achieve project goals.
Work closely with QS Manager and PMT, contractors and other stakeholders.
Study and validate Tender Documents for Company Projects
Preparation of bills of quantities
Verify Quantities for purchase request VS Project BOQ
Materials Packaging
Update VOs Log
Update IPCs Log and report for projects
Review and Validate Sub Contractors IPCs
Verify IPC documents (Drawings, MIR & WIR & Earned quantities)
Prepare VO Document
Review and Validate VOs with QS at site for Projects
Prepare invoices and invoicing report for projects
Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors

QS Control Responsibilities – Monitor & Control Project BOQ, PRs, IPCs, Client invoicing & VOs to achieve project goals.
Work closely with QS Manager to ensure and meets quality standards
Work With Cost Control department to keep all data aligned with their reports
Verify Quantities for purchase request VS Project BOQ
Update VOs Log
Update IPCs Log and report for projects
Review and Validate VOs with QS at site for Projects
Prepare invoice and invoicing report for projects
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of projects-related Quantities.
