Lead - Operational Risk Management

Key Responsibilities:
Design and establish a robust risk management framework tailored to the needs of Qiddiya’s projects.
Implement risk management strategies and tools to effectively identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks.
Develop and maintain risk registers for the projects and ensure ongoing monitoring and review of risk mitigation strategies.
Provide training and guidance to project teams on risk management processes and tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate risk management into project planning and decision-making processes.
Prepare and present risk management reports and findings to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Facilitate risk workshops and discussions to promote awareness and understanding of risks throughout the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a management role within a large-scale project environment.
Strong knowledge of risk assessment techniques and quantitative risk analysis tools.
Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks and governance structures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Risk Manager, Project Management Professional) are a bonus.
