Product Manager

Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and growth of digital products from concept to launch. You will work at the intersection of business, design, and engineering to build products that solve real user problems and drive measurable impact.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Identify market opportunities, user needs, and competitive positioning
• Translate high-level ideas into clear product direction

Discovery & Research

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
• Analyze market trends and competitor products
• Validate ideas through experiments and MVPs

Execution & Delivery

• Write clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories, specs)
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to ship high-quality products
• Prioritize features based on impact, effort, and business value
• Manage product backlog and sprint planning

Data & Optimization

• Define success metrics and track product performance
• Use data and analytics to inform decisions
• Run experiments (A/B testing, iterations) to improve outcomes

Stakeholder Management

• Align cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, business)
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership
• Ensure smooth coordination across all product stages

Requirements

Core Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps
• Clear communication and documentation skills

Experience

• 2–6+ years in product management or related roles
• Experience building and launching digital products (web, mobile, SaaS)
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies

Technical Understanding

• Basic understanding of APIs, systems, and product architecture
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams on trade-offs

Tools (Nice to Have)

• Product tools: Jira, Notion, Linear
• Analytics: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude
• Design: Figma
